Reply-9:          No Gurudwara/Mandir was looted/burnt/damaged anyhow 9 houses 39 shops and 114 vehicles were burnt/ damaged. 

Reply-10:        Only  2 persons namely Mohinder Kumar S/o Hari Ram R/o 34, Bazar Lane, Bhogal  & Satish Kumar S/o Ram Parshad R/o 53, Church Lane. Bhogal sustained injuries but there is record available about the nature of injuries sustained by them.

Reply-15:        Police resorted to firing to disperse/control the mob at 2 places (1) Bhogal Area (2) near Rajdoot Hotel.  Total 18 rounds were fired.   DD registers are already placed before the Hon’ble Commission.

Reply-27:        On 13/11/1984 one country made pistol bore 3x3 18 live cartridges and 18 fired empty cases were recovered from one Uday Singh S/o Sh. Bojha Singh R/o Gurudwara Baba Deep Singh and a number of swords, daggers and spears were also recover from the said Gurudwara complex.                       

                        Jasvinder S/o Sh. Rati Ram R/o J-25, Badarpur Stock Bhogal had also been arrested in this case.  (FIR No. 414/84 U/S 186/353/307/34 IPC. 

Reply-28:        A property worth Rs.3,04,000 was recovered by the police & the property worth of Rs.3,02,000/0 was returned to its right full owners.
