The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) is a statutory body created to manage historic Gurdwaras in Delhi. It is a democratically elected body and the present office bearers are:

The idea of coming out with a CD at this stage was conceived by the DSGMC’s general secretary, Kulmohan Singh. His intention was to fulfil a long-felt need for a consolidated account of all that has happened so far in the struggle for justice to the victims of the 1984 Delhi carnage. Kulmohan Singh hopes that the CD will be received by concerned people and libraries not just in India but around the world.
