True English Translation of the Original

            I, Parkash Kaur aged 40 years, w/o S. Inder Singh, r/o D-1/129, Sultanpuri, Delhi-41, do solemnly affirm and declare as under: -

1.                  On 31.10.84, we came to know about the death of Prime Minister and were pained to learn it.

2.                  On 1.11.84, my husband went to his factory at about 7.30 AM. He was doing the job of “Nickle Polish.”

3.                  On coming to know that factory was closed, he started for home. On the way some people started stoning him, he went to his aunty’s house in Shastri Nagar. My husband’s aunty told me this later on.

4.                  On 2.11.84 my husband left his aunty’s house for coming home but he never reached home. I believe that my husband was killed on the way. I have four children but no earning member.
